Well, what a start to the Bank Holiday weekend. 🇬🇧 Optics World travelled four hours to join our partners Discovery Optics at the final day of the Precision Rimfire World Championship—and it did not disappoint.

Highlights from the event:

Carbon fibre tripods – lesson learned: bigger really is better. We’ve now placed an order for 40mm tube tripods to bring this strength and stability to the UK market.

World-class competition – teams from across the globe competed at the very highest level, showcasing the best gear in the industry.

Athlon optics in action – spotted mounted on multiple tripods, proving once again that when the champions use it, it earns worldwide approval.

Discovery Optics sponsored stand – Stand 20 was a favourite, especially for low-position shooting, with competitors praising the setup and design.
