As the much-anticipated Game Fair approaches on October 17–18, the National Shooting Centre in Bisley welcomed a special visitor — five-time world shooting champion and founder of Accuracy International, Dave Walls.

Mr. Walls, often regarded as a legendary figure in the shooting world, visited the Optics World stand during its setup phase. He spent time speaking warmly with the Optics World team and posed for group photos, showing great interest in the products on display — particularly the Sunwayfoto tripods and Discovery scopes, which he praised highly for their quality and performance.

Impressed by the craftsmanship and value, Dave personally selected two Discovery scopes as Christmas gifts for himself and his family.

At the end of the visit, Mr. Walls kindly presented two signed copies of his autobiography, It Started in the Shed, to the Optics World team. He encouraged the company to continue engaging closely with shooters, understand their real needs, and to innovate with a global vision — striving to deliver the best optical and outdoor gear while becoming a true leader in the industry.
